Building Strength and Hope: Playlist for Caregivers of Kids with Reactive Attachment Disorder

Navigating the challenges of raising a child with Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD) can be an emotional rollercoaster. As parents and caregivers, finding moments of peace, inspiration, and energy can be crucial for both our well-being and that of our children. Music has a unique way of touching our hearts and lifting our spirits, and it’s no surprise that many parents have found solace and strength in certain songs.

In our supportive community on Facebook @raisingdevon, we’ve gathered a playlist of songs recommended by parents of kids with RAD. Many of these tracks are faith-based, providing a spiritual anchor, while others simply offer empathy, inspiration, and a much-needed energy boost. (If you don’t like a track, just skip it!)
